All orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team confirming receipt of your order.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the appropriate tracking information to locate your package. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends.
If we receive a high number of orders or in the event of extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding of these inconveniences beyond our control.

We are not responsible for product damage or loss during shipment. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact the delivery service to file a claim directly with them.

Our formulas and ingredients are carefully selected and designed to produce positive results on the skin. If you have any allergies, be sure to review the full ingredient list before ordering.
Returns are accepted in the unlikely event that the product has caused an unknown negative reaction within 30 days of purchase, after completing the skin evaluation form. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item in your order is faulty or missing, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after you receive your order to let us know of the problem. We cannot offer support for defective or missing items after the 30 day period covered by the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
